Blue Peter Book Awards have been announced. The award for Best Story was awarded to A Kind of Spark, by Elle McNicoll. The award for Best Book with Facts went to Mike Barfield and illustrator Jess Bradley's hilarious book, A Day In The Life Of A Poo, A Gnu And You.
The American Library Association (ALA) has announced the awards for top books, digital media, video and audio books for children and young adults. Of special interest:

2021 Quick Picks for Reluctant Young Adult Readers final list consists of 64 titles, with a Top Ten selected.
From YALSA, the Great Graphic Novel list for Teens consists of 126 titles selected from 145 official nominations. Top Ten titles have been selected.
